My name is Anqi (pronounced an-chee) and I'm currently in my last year at Carnegie Mellon University, studying Communication Design and Human-Computer Interaction with a minor in Computer science.

In my time at CMU, I've been lucky to have a multidisciplinary education and explore many fields of study; having these experiences has enriched my practice as a designer. Design work is always exciting to me because I'm constantly learning new things and challenging my own perspectives — recently, I've been particularly interested in telling visual stories with data.
